Products Description

Balanced spiral mesh uses a crankshaft or straight shaft to string right-hand and left-hand wires together to form a balanced weave. Left-hand and right-hand meshes can be produced using round or flat wires depending on the application. Double-rotation meshes are generally driven by friction, and gears can also be customized to be driven by mesh belts. According to the application environment, select the appropriate pitch and pitch. The edges of the mesh belt are generally welded or bent.

Features:
Alternating left-hand and right-hand spiral coils provide excellent tracking performance and prevent belt deviation.

Curled crossbars hold the helical coil in place and reduce lateral movement.
